Couture handles all aspects of the kitchen and bathroom remodeling process, including site measures, one-on-one client meetings, material selections, pricing, permit-ready plans, and order placement. Believing that educating the customer in all aspects of the design and remodeling process is the most important, he is always looking to grow his knowledge base of new products and design trends. He goes above and beyond to ensure his clients are living in the space they dreamed of. Due to this work ethic and approach he was awarded as one of the 2017 NKBA 30 Under 30 recipients. She quickly rose to the top as the lead designer for the store and one of the highest sales associates in the district. She won multiple awards through the company in addition to becoming a recipient of the NKBA’s ’30 Under 30’ program for 2014.  Leanne M. Richard

Leanne is an active member in the Kitchen and bath industry and was an NKBA 2015 30 Under 30 recipient. "I knew what I wanted to be when I grew up, was a designer. I never played teacher, or doctor, or nurse. I was that child who was making her kid sister Barbie houses out of cardboard boxes, and talking to myself like I was the star designer on HGTV." This passion and creativity lead me into a BFA in Architecture from Umass Amherst that launched me into the career path I always knew I'd end up with. I am currently one of the lead designers at the Auburn Ma, Floors & Kitchens Today, one of 5 New England locations. I am part of a team that is consistently growing and evolving with the design industry and catering to not only Kitchen and Bath design but floor coverings as well. Being a central Massachusetts based kitchen designer, my greatest pleasure is working towards and seeing the various trends and styles come to life. I will give my professional opinion but always encourage clients to not "play it safe" when it comes to creating the space of their dreams. I strongly believe that my clients deserve the outcome they were hoping for and help to guide them into the correct approach to do so. Because, at the end of the day, it is their house to call home.

Turn Leads into sales and become the preferred contractor EVERY time!

profilephoto-vickiWhen someone says they didn’t hire you because of price it’s probably not the real reason. If you want to be the “contractor-of-choice,” you need a clear strategy for controlling your sales process, controlling your relationship with clients, and ultimately, controlling your bottom line.  How? Vicki Suiter will show you! As a business consultant and coach Vicki has spent over two decades helping contractors to be both competitive and profitable. In this talk she'll share her strategies, skills and secrets.

In this interactive and engaging talk you will…

  • Learn the simple steps that will allow you to control the sales process.
  • Get clear on how to gain your prospect’s interest and trust from the very start.
  • Find out the secrets to becoming the preferred contractor – even in a highly competitive environment.
